Tasha, I agree that if you stick to your plans you'll lose weight. So, no need to shoot for a certain number. I think sometimes that just leads to disappointment. I just go for a loss period.

Shari, did I read that right? AT LEAST 1500 calories per day? Are you planning to go over that or did you mean to say "no more than"?

This was my plan last week...

Plan for week Oct 14:
  • No more than 28 points per day every day the rest of this this week.
  • Do a minimum of 10,000 steps per day
  • Drink 70+ oz water per day.
  • Start Slim in 6 whenever it comes in.
  • Support teammates and fellow buddyslimmers.
  • Hopefully lose 5-6 pounds this week.
Happy with the results but want to kick it up a notch this week.

Plan for week Oct 21:
  • No more than 27 points per day (average).
  • Do a minimum of 11,000 steps per day (average).
  • Bump intense sessions up to 40 sec - 10x day (up from 30 sec)
  • Cut back on salt a bit
  • Drink 75+ oz water per day.
  • Slim in 6 - 10-20 min a day.
  • Support rocking WILDCATS and fellow buddyslimmers.
  • Hopefully lose weight!!

37 Laps today... plus about 20 minutes of aqua-aerobics... Me's gonna be hating myself tomorrow... But then I will do it again!

hand still sore, but much better overall!!
did 30 minutes cardio, going to chorus rehearsal tonight, it will be for 3 hours and there is choreography to learn to some 50's songs. So, I think I will get in my cardio for today!!!
