MY goals for the week:
*Eat max. 1500 calories.
*Complete my Dvd, add at least 3 challenges to my workout.
*Take my son to the pool/playground at least 3x this week and go out for nightly walks weather permiting.
*Take my vitamins and introduce a new veg for me and baby.
*Drink at least 64 oz. daily ( I'm really short on water intake)
* Log on at least once a day to support buddies.

Great plans Debbie, Mark, Sheila, Freebee, Kama, Lara, Tasha, and Shari!

Tasha, I agree that if you stick to your plans you'll lose weight. So, no need to shoot for a certain number. I think sometimes that just leads to disappointment. I just go for a loss period.

Lara, I thought that plan looked familiar! But, you chose a good one to imitate. After all, look at Molly's success rate!

Shari, did I read that right? AT LEAST 1500 calories per day? Are you planning to go over that or did you mean to say "no more than"?

My plan for this week:
vegetarian
juicing
8-8oz glasses of water
challenge exercises
cardio will be stepped up to 60 minutes 4 days
try and check in with fellow wild cats more often!!

Here is my plan for the week...

1300 - 1400 calories
Exercise -
1.5 hours on Mon. And Fri.
.5 hours on Tues. Wed. Thur. and Sat.
Log on daily for support and to support buddies on buddyslim
