Complete at least 50 minutes of CARDIO five days this week.
Complete at least 30 minutes of CARDIO on the other two days of this week.
Try to drink about 80 oz. of water
Take medications everyday
Support team & buddies.
Hopefully lose three pounds this week.

My plans for the week are:

Following South beach diet, phase 1
Drink my water daily. (no problem)
Get in 45 mins of cardio daily for 5 days and up the intensity even more
weight training 5 days (alternating upper and lower body)
Not going to set a certain loss for the week. If I do all these things, I will certainly have a loss!
