Good job, Dawn and Mary!
I stayed op all day yesterday, did my workouts, drank all my water, took my vitamins, and tried to be good support!
I will do my Leslie Sansone walk and kick today, and L5-8. Not feeling so hot today, think the stress is catching up to me a bit, but I'm staying in the game! Have a great day!

Great job, Kama!

I completed 60 minutes of CARDIO on the treadmill today and then a 25 minute walk/run with Scarlett for a total of 85 minutes of CARDIO today so far! I may try to get a little bit more in later!

Molly Wow! great job!

Well, as much as I tried, I went over in calories today. Also didn't exercise today. After work, we went to visit my Grandma. The drive is 2 hrs away. We spent a few hours with her, and drove back. I am a little upselt with myself. I hope this doesn't affect the weigh-in too much.

Hey Mary--You've done great this week and have worked very hard! I doubt that going over your calories on one day will make much difference. If it does, you will drop it quickly! Have a fantastic day!

Mary, I agree, one day is not going to make much difference, just get right back on.

Ok, I was op all day, drank all my water, did my 1 hr of exercise instead of only the 33 minute dvd, did my 45min Billy Blanks Boot camp, and then finished the last 4 challenges! Got motiviated late in the day!
