I do this, too. Really helps! Good job!

Danna ~ Great job on hitting your mini goal.
Beebee ~ Great idea! And good for you for getting up at 5a.m. I get up at 2:45 a.m., but it's only to get ready to go to work. That's why I work out when I get home.

Everyone has such great plans.

Here's mine:
  • up my cardio to 60 min
    • get in all my water (at least 8 glasses)
      • strength train 3x a week M/W/F
        • Stay between 1200-1400 cals/day
          • Take my vitamin daily
            • Support my buds!

It might have been YOU saying it in one of your blogs that made me think of it. I remember someone saying it, so I thought I would try it! It works!

Ok, I know that many on here absolutely don't like to drink their water. I gave up soda about a month ago, so I've been looking for interesting drinks. Tropicanna does a Juice Water that is pretty tasty. I got to thinking that it is basically very watered down juice. Right? You win on calories because it is only about 20% juice and the rest water. I decided to freeze 100% juice (I used strawberry, apple, and fresh lime.. my own mix) in an icecube tray. I drop 2 cubes in my bottle of water and it flavors my water when it melts. If you can get past thinking it is juice (cuz it is way watered down) and think of it as flavored water instead, it is quite good. Not a whole lot of extra calories either. I decided to flavor about half my water that way to jazz it a little.

Good for you Beebee! It's amazing what a huge difference something so small can make in your motivation. Great job.

I've been reviewing the forum and have seen some excellent plans! Way to go Cats. The following have posted their plans:

Molly, Tasha, Beebee, Kama, Angela, Danna & Mary

My question to the rest of us is: where are our plans? I include myself in this group and will be the first to respond.

My plans for the week are simplified this week. I'm still battling this stupid cold that has me a little weak but I'll get there!

~1200-1400 calories
~increase the water (I like Beebee's idea of flavoring it with juice cubes)
~get in at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days
~do at least 4 challenges on 3 days this week
~spend more time with the kids
~work on getting to bed by midnight
~be a better leader by posting more / responding more
