Good job you all!
Goals for the week:
1. Stay under 1500 calories daily
2. Do taebo cardio 3 times a week
3. strength training 3 times a week
4. Drink at least 64 ozs of water a day
5. take my vitamins daily
6. Be a good support to my buddies!

There ya go, let's stay on top!

1. Stay OP
2. Drink Drink Drink (water, lol)
3. Exercise 5 days
4. Be supportive to team members
5. Loss 3lbs
