Default October Walking Challenge for All Teams

Welcome to the October Walking Challenge. It is open for all team members. This month the challenge will be to try to walk 70 miles or 500 minutes. It may seem like alot to some but it can be done. Do your best; let's have fun and lose some weight! GO TEAMS!

Count me in too, and it is possible to do this and more.

October 1-10 miles outside walking, No treadmill tonight too nice outside.

October 2- 2 miles outside walking, 2 miles watp DVD, 5 miles on treadmill-82 mins (860 calories)

October 3- 2 miles, not a good day at all.
October 4-6 miles today
October 5- 6 miles
October 6- 4 miles
October 7- 9 miles, just couldn't get that last mile in....

Week 1 total- 46 miles

October 8- 8 miles
October 9- 4 miles
October 10- 6 miles
October 11- 5 miles
October 12- 4 miles
October 13- 7 miles
October 14- took a break from walking to wash windows, wash walls, ect. ect.
October 15- 5 miles

Week 2 total- 39 miles
Total for 2 weeks- 85 miles

October 16- 5 miles
October17- 7 miles
October 18- 3miles
October 19- 5 miles
October 20- 3 miles
October 21- 3 miles
October 22- 8 miles

Week 3 -34 miles
Total for 3 weeks- 119 miles

October 23- 2 miles
October 24- 2 miles
October 25- 5 miles
October 26- 5 miles
October 27- 8 miles
October 28- 8 miles
October 29- 8 miles

Week 4 total- 38 miles
Total for 4 weeks- 157 miles
October 30- 5 miles
October 31- 9 miles
Total miles for October-- 171

I want to sign up to do this again and really do it this time. I am listing my activity this way just for my info. Sorry if it bother's others.

October

1st - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
2nd - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
3rd - None today, my body was to sore
4th - 3 miles walk away the pounds for abs for 45 minutes in the am
5th - None today, I whacked my heel on a table yesterday so I took today off
