Default Worker Bees Serious Week 11

You can go ahead and post your goals for the week. It will be awhile posting the roster because of so few weigh ins this week. So we have to figure out who is still on the team.

All, we ask of everyone is to try to weigh in on time. Sometimes things do come up, we understand that. If an emergency comes up thats totally understandable! But, if you know you will be out of town or away from your computer around weigh in day or time let one of us know! Whether you gain or lose please let Tracey or myself know as soon as possible; so you can stay on the team! If we do not hear from you we will assume that you no longer want to be on the team.

My goals for the week

1. Begin my walk across SC
2. take my vitamins
3. Support my team
4. Support my co-leader, Tracey
5. Eat better
6. Drink more water and less soda
7. Support my hubby with his journey thru weight loss.

Weekly Goals:

*Drink 4 to 5 bottles of water.
*Get in 5-7 days worth of workouts in this week!
*Stay within my Points allowance (including exchanging APs & using some FP)!
*Support my team and Co-leader, Stacey!
*Start my ivillage Walk Challenge

Non-Weight Loss Related:

*Studying for my certification test.

my goals for this week:

*continue working out at least 5 times a week
*drink 12 servings of H2O
*try a new fruit and vegetable
*lose 3 lbs
*reward myself for breaking the 180's

Great goals everyone!

My goals for the week

-3 miles 6x
-5 or more bottles of water daily
-Hit 192 (30 lb loss) by the Foo Fighter's concert Friday
-Stay OP eating all 7 days
-Comment on the boards once a day

*Eat small healthy meals approx. 1400-1600 calories each day.
*WATER, WATER, WATER
*Do my Core Secrets workout at least 4 times this week.
*Support my fellow BEES!!
*STAY POSITIVE!!
