I love the booster note idea. Maybe we could start off by sending one a day (7 a week) and that way it wouldn't get overwhelming?

I think that is a great idea! What ever you can do will help. If you want to do one a day or all in one day, either way it will be great. I've already started sending my booster to my fellow team members... hope you enjoy them!! Have a great weigh in everyone!

Hey team!!
I'm sorry I've been such a slacker team mate!! Every week I swear I'm going to bee better and I only seem to get worse about checking in. I ended up hurting my back AGAIN. This really puts a damper on the work outs. I see that you all are doing GREAT!!! Congrats!!!

My goals this week

Check in with our team once a day

Drink lots of water

Pilates 4 times a week. (Rx by my chiropractor)

Bee a better Bee & support you guys!!

maintain a positive attitude about my weight loss
