Hi everyone!!! As of today I actually have achieved many of my goals that i had been working for...I hit my second mini goal today of 179 and so happy about that. I also joined a gym and went and worked out the hardest I ever have done. So now to make some new goals.
1.Work out at the gym 4 times a week more if I can fit it in.

4. Cook my meals at home this week and no eating out. (thanks to my new stove)

YOU ARE DOING A TERRIFIC JOB!! Once you get in that routine of cooking it is really hard to eat out!! Even though I LOVE to eat out I am so suprised how many calories everything has in it!! I about had a stroke over Zaxbys grilled chicken salad!! I couldn't believe it!!
