Tuesday's Challanges
1. HOW MUCH WATER CAN YOU DRINK IN 1 DAY?? LET ME SEE SOME NUMBERS!!

2. 50 LEG LIFTS - Starting Position
Lie on the floor/mat on your back. Keep lower back in contact with the floor, feet and legs straight and together. Place hands to sides or under lower back for support.

Action
Keeping legs straight and together, back flat, lift legs upward until they are straight above hips. Lower down to starting position slowly and with control (but do not allow feet to touch the ground between reps) to complete one rep.

Special Instructions
Make sure back stays flat on floor and abs are tight (pull navel in towards spine).

3. Make someone's day- send them a booster note

Hi everyone!!! As of today I actually have achieved many of my goals that i had been working for...I hit my second mini goal today of 179 and so happy about that. I also joined a gym and went and worked out the hardest I ever have done. So now to make some new goals.

1.Work out at the gym 4 times a week more if I can fit it in.
2. Stay in the 170's this week and not go back up but only down to my next mini goal.
3. Stay on my water and propel and NO regular soda
4. Cook my meals at home this week and no eating out. (thanks to my new stove)
5. Track my exercises and weight everyday on my fitday program.
6. Stay within my calorie range.
7. Support my team

Way to go Shellie, Keep up the good work.
Oh Tanis and Kim I didn't get to sign up this time for the health and fitness class because it starts at 5:30 about a half hour away from here and I work until 5-5:15pm. If they have a later class I may join another time.
