Hey HotRods- This is our new serious forum.
this is where we post our weekly goals:

my goals for the week are:
-get my team motivated
-post the challenges for my team
-lose weight
-do all challenges

Well HotRods- we lost once again. There were 8 no shows for weigh in. Our team lost a total of 13 pounds. OUrTwo MVP's for the team this week are: Shellie and Zina with 3 pounds lost each.

Congratulations Ladies- for a job well done.

My goals for the week:
drink enough water
bring lunch from home
get in some form of exercise everyday
check in here daily

My goals for the week-
Loose the last two pounds for goal
Schedule my two cancer prevention exams for Oct- need I say more
walk my 25 miles this week for the Thanksgiving walking challenge
eat the "zero point" soup and salad for lunch every day. (It's progresso light soup)
support my team
drink my water
