Congrats to Shellie and Zina, awesome accomplishments. My goals for this week are:

1. Drink all my water and then some
2. Do my Walk away the pounds mile 3 tape at least 5 times this week
3. Do the challenges
4. Continue to watch what I put in my mouth
5. Cheer on my teammates!!!

Yesterday I had to go to Target and found a pedometer in the clearance section marked down from $15 to $4.50. I thought that was so cool anyway I am so interested in how many miles I actually walk in one day!! I will say I don't think I sit down at all until like 8:30 - 9:00 at night. So today is the actual full day I am going to wear it. Can't wait to see!!

stay focused and positive
walk 3 miles a day 5 days this week
do my challenges
move that mean scale this week

Challenges for Monday:

Challenge #1: jog in place for 20 mins, pushing hands overhead

Challenge #2: Pushups (4 sets of 25)

Challnege #3: Post something encouraging for your team in the forum today

holy moly kim!!! LOL i tried to do the push ups just now and lets just say after 10 my arms were shaking so bad so i had to change them into crunches i hope thats ok lol

Hi everyone..

My goals for the week are:

1. Drink my water and my propel instead of soda
2. Stay with in my 1187 calories each day
3. Journal my food intake and exercise
4. exercise as much as I can this week
5. To go to bed at a reasonable time (before 2am)
6. To weigh in once a week instead of everyday (time to stop focusing on the stupid scale so much)

Tuesday's Challenge:

Challenge #1: Drink 8 cups of water

Challenge #2: do abdominal crunches (4 sets of 25)

Challenge #3: Look at the team roster, and make sure everyone is on your buddy list

Challenge #4: Post in the forum, how many cups of water you drank

I drank my water yesterday and then some. Water is never problem. I didn't exercise yesterday as I have a sinus infection or something. I went to bed at 6:30pm and slept the night away. I feel a little better today. I will try to walk today if I feel up to it.

It would be interesting to see how many steps we really walk in a day. I know what you mean about not sitting down until 9pm most nights. A womans day is never done. Have a good day today.

I drank 4 bottles(16.9 oz) of water yesterday which came to 67.6 oz of water. YAY ME!! I didn't know I could do it!!
