Wow, I'm impressed. It's not even Sunday evening yet and we already have 7 Wild Cats' plans posted. That's great Cats!! And they are awesome plans from Dawn, Kama, Lara, Molly, Shari, Tonya and Angela.

My plans for this week:

1) 1500-3000 calories daily
2) 8 ounces of water daily
3) 15 minutes of cardio daily
4) 4 challenge exercises per week
5) support my teammates

I completed 68 minutes of CARDIO today and team challenges C-1 and C-2.
