Good plans you all!
Here is mine:
1. 1300-1400 cals a day
2. drink 64 ozs of water a day
3. 3 days cardio, 3 days strength, with a logn workout on Saturday
4. daily vitamins
Be a good support to y buddies
6. stay op everyday.
7. do some rleaxation each nite.

My goals for this week:
  • Eat no more than 1200 calories per day.
  • Complete at least 30 minutes of CARDIO six days this week.
  • Complete at least two team challenges every day.
  • Support Wild Cats and fellow BuddySlimmers.
  • Lose 3 pounds this week!
  • Wild Cats win the Challenge this week!

My plans:

To eat about 1500-1900 calories a day
I have to burn about 1700 calories a day.
Keep sodium intake to less than 2000mg
Drink 64 oz water
Excercise every day, start on The Firm again.
Try a new veg. each day.
Try to support my buddies more.
Finish my Real Estate and Business Management course.
