Thanks Kama, Molly and Tonya for the well wishes. I'm fine. Headaches are far from new for me. But, I gotta say, when it rains, it pours! We got home from church today and my daughter started complaining of a sore throat. She actually cries when she swallows. OY!! Is it cold season already??!!!
I was hoping to spend more time on the forums this week but not sure that's going to happen now with her sick and my son surely not far behind. I'll do my best. Good luck this week Wild Cats!!

Wild Cats, we've got another win for our side but let's not get too relaxed and think that this week is going to be easy. We won because everybody worked really hard and that's what it's going to take to get another win this week. We can do it!!!

Hey all, Cindy's right--Come on over to the September Walking Challenge! You don't have to walk, you can utilize whatever cardio exercise you do and count the minutes! It only averages out to about 16 minutes per day or so to meet the minimum goal of the challenge! It would be great to have all of the Cats represented there! Give it a try!!!
