Default Worker Bee Serious Forum Week 6

My apologies in advance Bees, I don't know that it will all be clickable and I'd let Stacey do it, but she's a little under the weather. Our roster for Week 6 is as follows:

Fierce Grizzles lost 46 pounds this week

Worker Bees lost 38.4

My Goals for week 6

*to eat all points (I skipped eating alot this past week and I believe that is why I didn't lose)

*remember to take my mulit-vitamin and calcium supplement

*drink more water this week (at least 100 oz daily)

My goals for week 6:

-Exercise 6x this week (Three 1/2 cardio sessions and Three 1hr anerobic sessions)
-Drink 100oz water a day
-Eat right without the use of my food journal (after 5 weeks, I think I'm pretty comfortable knowing what to eat in a typical day to stay around 1250 cals)
-Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night

run 4x this week
eat more (my calorie count has been too low as I haven't felt hungry)
drink more water
work on my cross stitching more at nights

Brandi, we only compete now against the Grizzlies. That was something that was changed earlier last week. I popped over to the HotRods forum and it doesn't appear that they lost too much because not everyone showed up.

Weekly Goals:

*Drink 4 to 5 bottles of water.
*Get in 5-7 days worth of workouts in this week! Still trying to get back to 2/day
*Stay within my Points allowance (including exchanging APs & using some FP)!
*Support my team and Co-leader, Stacey!

Non-Weight Loss Related:

*Start studying for my certification test.

Michelle, I take my multi-vitamin right after I have my breakfast.
