I know it's not quite Monday, but I figure that since I'm the new member and it's my first day on this site and on my new weight-loss plan that I'd do the honors of posting my goals early.
My Weight Loss Goals for the Week:
- Starting Weight: 190
- Goal Weight by Friday: 186
- Total Loss: 4+ lbs
My goals for the week:
- keep track of what I eat and how many calories are in each
- do at least one iControl exercise videoa day
- get to know the members of Grizzlies
- avoid snacking at night time
- drink a lot of water
