Nap time is always a great time to get your work out in. I have learned that too.

I had a bad day with the kids today. I think because it was raining and they were couped up inside all day. I really don't feel like working out tonight but I know I will be fine once I get on the treadmill. I still have one hour to relax before 7pm.

It's alot better today than it was yesterday. yesterday, all I could eat was applesauce and water. Today, I managed to eat some soup for lunch and some noodles for dinner. Really chewy foods. I also managed down a popsicle or 2. It was so hard yesterday though because I watched so much tv and there were so many commercials for wendys and I wanted a hamburger so badly and then my mom made hamburgers for her and my dad so I had to smell the burgers for a while. That was torture. But the vicotin is helping and starting tomorrow, I can take motrin instead of vicotin so it won't be as bad as it is today.
