My goals:
1. lift weights 3 days
2. 2/day cardio 3 days
3. 1/day cardio 3 days

I think my lifting is slowing down my weight loss, but I think I am burning fat better because of it. I will be out of town the week after this week, so I won't lift than, so I will this week. I'm a little frustrated that I have been losing pounds more slowly, but I think the week I don't lift, the number of pounds lost will go up. We will see and I will experiment to get through this slow period.

Rev. Todd, are you sure you are eating enough to keep your body losing? I find that when I am working out harder and I don't eat my APs (Activity Points) and some of my Weekly Flex Points, I don't lost as much!

Eat moderately and healthy.
Take my vitamins.

Thanks Tracey . I'm just stickin to 1300 or less cals a day. Usually a slim fast for breakfast (180), a lunch of about 450, a snack 70-100 calories and dinner (atleast 3 hours before bed) of about 550. Then I wrap up with an evening workout. I try to get the most food out of my calories and avoid food with little nutritional value (i.e. I pick the 90 calorie cottage cheese cup over the 100 calorie cookie pack). Seems to be working slowly but surely!
