My goals:
1. lift weights 3 days
2. 2/day cardio 3 days
3. 1/day cardio 3 days
I think my lifting is slowing down my weight loss, but I think I am burning fat better because of it. I will be out of town the week after this week, so I won't lift than, so I will this week. I'm a little frustrated that I have been losing pounds more slowly, but I think the week I don't lift, the number of pounds lost will go up. We will see and I will experiment to get through this slow period.
