My goals for the week:

Drink 100oz of water each day
Work out 6 sessions (3-45min strength training, 3-30 min cardio)
Stay between 1200-1300 calories a day
Pack my lunches for school
Have a great first week with my students!
Enjoy my dad's visit without slippin' on my plan.
To support my awesome team and help us take #1!!!
