First off, congratulations team on losing 24lbs this week. That is not a bad number at all.

Second a congratulations to Phyllis who lost an amazing 7 lbs this week. Great job.

Choice #1: 15 minutes of dancing

Choice #2: curnches (3 of 25)

Choice #3: Post your weekly goals as a commitement to yourself and the team. Also get in touch with a new team member or if you are a new team member get in touch with an older one.

I'm pleased to be a new member of the Grizzlies Whoo Hoo!

Goals
Starting weight: 160lbs
Weekly goal: 158.5lbs (-1.5lbs)
* some form of exercise at least 6 days this week
* keep within calorie range at least 6 days this week

Off to watch 'Medium' with ab crunches in the ad breaks.

Goals for this week

To watch what I eat at the fair on Wed and to take some health snacks with me.

To drink more water.

To still get my exercise in even with company this week.

Welcome Anita, all the way from New Zealand. That seems so far from NY, USA but it's nice to have you here on buddyslim with us. Whoooooooo HOOOOOOOOO finally a full team. My Goals for the week-
1. Get back into a better eating pattern again.( no more smore's)
2. walk 5 miles a day ( I really am going to aim for this)
3. support my team.
4. loose some more weight (atleast 2lbs)

I don't have many goals this week.

1) Not to stress out too much this week since I'm working 32 hours.
2) Actually go to bed before 3AM (that's eastern standard time)
3) Do my Denise Austin dvd once a day because I don't have time to make it to curves this week except for tomorrow.
4) Try to complete the August Walking Challenge this week because I will be out all next week.

Good Morning All.....I am new to the team and I definitely have some goals for this week. My goals are:

1) Cut out the bad foods that have NO nutritional value
2) Get to the gym before work 3/4 days this work week.
3) Show an impressive first week loss to help out the team
4) See how much aI can catch up on the monthly walking challenge.

My goals this week:
1) Eat good, balanced meals every day
2) 64 oz of water everyday!
3) Choose to WORKOUT when I am stressed instead of eating!
