i am sureyou will find your routine. I need to start getting ready to do my routine in the morning. So I can have it done with and keep in the habit for when I start work. I start next monday.

Choice #1: Bufferflies with dumbells (3 of 25)

Choice #2: Squeats with dumbelss ( 3 of 20)

Choice #3: Go to the cheer forum and write down what motivates you.

Happy Tuesday Buddies! Thank you for fighting the battle of the bulge with me! I didn't pop in yesterday, so I'll post my goals for the week today...

1. I will stay within my calorie/point limit.
2. I will not eat after 8 PM. (This is a big one, buddies!)
3. I will exercise at the gym 5 days this week.

Hi, buddies I was so busy in my house yesterday I forgot to check in...sorry. The good new is so far I lost a pound yesterday and I also lost a pound today. It would be great if I could lose a pound every day this week!!! My goals this week are:
1. Continue with my water intake (so far so good)
2. I want to get 8 miles this week at the track
3. Going to try running up and down the bleachers also.
4. Continue getting my house in order each day instead of sitting at the laptop all day everyday.
5. Take my vitamins and my supplements
6. Be supportive to my team and my buddies
7. Do 2 days of strength training this week

I agree with the getting the house in order. That is such an important part of getting my life organized which in turn helps me be more organized with everything....

Good luck with your goals. I can totally relate to the eating after 8PM. I do it all the time. I try hard not to. Good luck though and have a great Tuesday!
