Yummy smores do sound good, but I don't think they are part of the healthy food. Keep up the good work and you can reach those 2 lbs.

1) Not to stress out too much this week since I'm working 32 hours.
2) Actually go to bed before 3AM (that's eastern standard time)
3) Do my Denise Austin dvd once a day because I don't have time to make it to curves this week except for tomorrow.
4) Try to complete the August Walking Challenge this week because I will be out all next week.
Is hours a good thing or a bad thing??? Either way I hope you don't stress over it too much. And where you going to be next week?

3) Show an impressive first week loss to help out the team
4) See how much aI can catch up on the monthly walking challenge.
I am sure you can get caught up on the monthly walking challenge, actually there is enough people doing it I might do it again next month and up the minutes and miles. I don't know though I am going to get some input first. Good luck with your goals. I am sure you will be able to reach them all and once again welcome to the team.

Have a great week buddies!!
Working out instead of eating when you are stressed is a good. I started doing it a while back and because I am stress my works out seem to be more intense and I seem to get more out of them. I hope the same happens for you.

Hours is a very good thing. My boss is annoying and doesn't want to have to deal with giving the staff a lunch break so he only schedules us for 4 hours shifts during the day. There are 10 shifts total for our department during the week and I'm working 8 of them. And I will be alive next week but I will be on pain killers and probably sleeping because I'm having my wisdom teeth out on Monday morning.

My goals for the week!
Water, water, water!
Stop the excuses ( I am working hard on this one, it is hard to do)!
While I am on break from work, start an excercise routine that I will be able to stick too once I go back to work.

Come to Buddy Slim more often and participate.
