
Congrats Brian!!! And thank you to everyone. Thank you for being so helpful in learning to get started too, guys. Special thanks to Tracey and Stacey for getting us organized too. I'm so thankful to you all, ladies, and gents!
I think about you when I look at everyone else eating chicken nuggets, and chips, and popcorn. My team inspires me, and I shall do the same for you. GO TEAM!!!!! I will always be here for you, if you need to vent, or just want to mail me on how you are doing. As your team-mate, I will never judge you. Just love you and offer hugs. I KNOW we can support one another to reach the goals we have to enjoy life even more. With much love to all, the following are my new goals for the week.
1. Thank my team every time I succeed in saying no thank you to 'bad foods' offered to me. You are giving me strength. This past week I said no to Arby's drive thru. I said no at a Burger Joint, when the family got together. I said no to cheeseburgers today at dinner. I said no to the greasy chicken fingers when we ordered out. AND I said no to french fries when my 5 yr old offered them to me from his happy meal. Sad, I know. But I did it. No cheating!
2. Introduce a new vegetable to my diet I don't usually eat and learn about it's value.
3. Continue drinking 64 oz of water a day.
4. Take 1 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseed every day with my greens. I actually like this flower seed, and it is helping, but I am forgetful as a busy mom.
5. Dust off the excercise ball for crunches. 15 Every Day till I build strength for more.
