Great goals everyone! I am still trying to get the hang of this forum thing!! I'm a blogger and like to read and comment on my buddies blogs, so my support to you will come in that form. I am currently trying to subscribe to all of my team member's blogs and add them to my buddylist.

My goals for the week are very simple:
1) Eat 1 Activia Yogurt every morning, first thing
2) Exercise 5 days this week

Right now, I am taking baby steps, but I am sure that by doing the above two things, I will have a loss to report on Friday (my weigh-in days), also next week I will add a third item to my list!! Have a great week everyone!

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!

Weekly Goals:

*Drink 4 to 5 bottles of water.
*Get in 5-7 days worth of workouts in this week!
*Stay within my Points allowance (including exchanging APs & using some FP)!
*Support my team and Co-leader, Stacey!
*Make sure I keep my allergies under control! I can't afford to be sick like I was last week! That got my workouts all out of whack!

Wink Re: Worker Bees Serious Week 4

Bees, you've set some good goals for yourself this week! We are proud that you have chosen to be a part of our team.

All, be patient with Stacey and I as team leaders, first of all. This is the first time we've done this so we may not do everything exactly the way all the other leaders do. Secondly, be patient with whoever is starting the Serious Forum (whether it be me or Stacey) that it takes time to build the Roster. If you message us asking if you are still on the team, it takes us longer to be able to put the roster together. We will get it finished as quickly as we can. We've had some no shows this week as well and it takes some time to figure out who's still a part of the team and who's not. We don't want to lose anyone, however, as team leaders, we have a responsibility to each of you to keep some good people on this team and not have to fight weekly with those who don't want to be a part of the team.

BEES, Stacey and I have decided to start a new award weekly for those that are cheering on and supporting their other teammates! This is NOT an exact science, but we are going by what we can see!To see the Cheering MVPs, please go to the Cheer Forum!
