I hope that your foot is feeling better soon. You didn't brake anything, right? It is just sore?

It's just really sore. My toes are what hurt the most but I have really tiny toes and they're really skinny so that also had something to do with why they still hurt.

I have to tell you about one of the miles I walked today. It was to the DVD "Walk away the pound" Well I just started the DVD when my son's friend (18) walked in looking for my son who wasn't home. He seen me walking to the video and asked if he could try it. At first he was just goofing off but before the half mile part he was really getting into it and trying to do the correct steps. In walks my son and his other friend. Laughing so hard because this 18 year old friend was doing the walking DVD with me. Needless to say the boy finished out the walk with me and wanted to do another mile but my son said come on if you are going with me. It was so fun working out with someone. (Even though we heard alot of giggles in the background from my son and his other friend) Teenagers............

Way to go Zina!
I am sorry I have not been on, I have a lot going on this week with my grandson. I will join the challenge too. I am not sure, if I can walk that much, but I will give it a try.

Any exercise is better than none. It will help you with the stress too.
I feel so good after a work out. Maybe a little sore but in a good way. I have my "daycare angels" walking evey day. They can walk a good mile with me on most days when it's not too hot if it means we get to go to the farm/vegetable stand down the road. Well it's my last work day before vacation. Whooooooo hoooooooo, One week off and no where to go . Hubby has to work next week. I think I will visit the parks, and go to Syracuse for a day. Anything but stay home.

I got 105 minutes of walking in today at work. I had to walk and check all 37 copiers and printers in the library today on all 4 floors at work. Then I had to walk around every single floor again to pick up the periodicals that were left out which there weren't any. Then I had to go and get trained for the new area of microforms and microfilm stuff that my department is now in charge of and it was a walking tour of stuff. Then since my department isn't doing book repair anymore, I had to take all of the book repair stuff out of our workroom and bring it down to second floor. I've taken the stairs as much as I can today and now I'm sore.

Wow, what a work out today. I confess I haven't walked or exercised yet. It is now 4:30pm my time here. I will have to walk tonight after dinner I guess.
I lost 2lbs this week. It was better than last week when I didn't even move the scale. I guess we all have weeks like that. Anyway I am moving again now.

It's 4:30 here too. I'm actually at work right now but my boss left early so I get to play around on the computer since he's not here. He fired someone on our staff on Wednesday. I felt so bad because she didn't answer her phone when he called. He fired her in a voicemail. She showed up at the library today but she didn't say a word to me.
