As of this week Christine and Stevey are no longer a part of the team. Christine has missed to many and Stevey has asked to step down. So we are now down 4 people for our team. Ask you buddies that you know will be committed and see if any of them are interested in joining the team. If they are let me know and I can get it contact with them or you can have them message me.

Monday's Challenges... you can do 1 or all 3...The choice is yours.

Choice #1:
Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts (2 of 25)
Exercise Advice: Hold the dumbbells in each hand and hold them with your arms hanging straight down in front of your body. Begin this movement by bending at the waist and lower the dumbbells to the floor. Be sure to keep your legs as straight as possible (a slight bend is ok) and really let the weight of the dumbbells bring you down. On the way up, really focus on your butt and hamstrings to pull the weight back up. It is very important to keep your back straight and rigid throughout this exercise and to let your legs and butt do the work.

Choice #2:
One Arm Front Deltoid Dumbbell Raises (2 of 15 each arm)
Exercise Advice: Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand letting your arms hang straight down and your thumbs facing in toward one another. Simply raise one of the dumbbells upward to where your arm becomes parallel to the ground. Pause for a one-count at the top of the movement and then slowly return to the start position and repeat with the opposite arm.

Choice #3: Write you goals for the week as a committement to you and to your team. Also make sure you have in there your committement to weigh in. We really need everyone to that... please!

My goals for this week-
1. WEIGH IN ON FRIDAY AND ENCOURAGE MY TEAM TO WEIGH IN TOO
2. try to find 4 new team members for our team.
3. do my "walk off the pounds" Dvd every day.
4. Eat right and drink my water.
5. Loose two pounds this week and get my weightloss moving........

So I am splitting my goals into 2 categories:

Health Related:
1) Do my curves workout 3 times this week
2) Buy a set of dumbbells because mine are really out of shape and they're on sale at walmart
3) Go to the farmer's market on Thursday to buy fresh fruits and veggies to make my pasta primavera on Thursday night
4) Watch my carb and pop intake

Non-Health Related:
1) buy all of my back to school supplies at walmart because they're on sale
2) pass my final on Thursday

I found dumbells cheaper at sears than walmart.

I am sure you will get both categories done. I just bought all my daughter's school supplies at wal-mart. Everything so cheap. Glue sticks 30 cents and crayons 20 cents. and so on. It was nice to find things cheap.

My goals for the week

*Take multivitamin everyday
*Drink 60oz. water
*no food after 8
*30 mins. strength train everyday but Sundday
*30 mins cardio everday but Sunday
*Stay at or under 1,200 calories
*Support my team
*To get everyone to weigh in this week
