In regards to excercise, my mom used to tell me to grab a plastic bag wrap it around my waist with a belt and clean the house and dance, it would make my waist thinner by sweating all the fat. lol

Must be a latina thing...my mom used to do the same thing and my mom in-law does it! Funny huh!

My mom never told me that one. She just used to eat this candy called "Aides" or something. It was weightloss candy that tasted like butterscotch. We used to sneak eating them because they tasted so good. No wonder we were skinny bones growing up. We were eating diet candy.
