Good Morning Wildcats. Let's start this week off right, and let's get our trophy back before it gets all greasy.

Hey everyone! Let's make this week a great one! We can do this!
I won't be on much today, we are going to the lake to grill out and swim and fish today. I won't make it to the gym unless I have time to go when we get back. I will do my arm weights at home before we go and will be doing alot of swimming. I still want to try to get more cardio in at the gym but we shall see. I will take food to cook for me that is "plan approved". Have a great day everyone!
