YOu guys dont' know me well so you may not know that yet - but if I thought Kim was doing a bad job I'd tell her. But anyway - here's what I said to Kim:

"I think you're doing a great job, Kim - and I actually think it's probably easier to have you as the contact point for everybody to report their weights to - without you having to worry about the motivation/posting part that Stacey and Tracey are dealing with. I think it works well this way - as a team. Unless of course you don't want to be team leader anymore."
