Congrats Connie & Kimberly!! Way to go!! And everybody else too!!

My goals for this week:
- Write down EVERYTHING I eat
- Stay within Calorie/Fat limit EVERY day
- Drink my water (& then some)
- Work Out 3-4 times
- Lose 2 more pounds

1.TO DRINK ALL MY WATER
2.AT LEAST WALK ONCE IN THIS WEEK
3.DO ALL MY CHALLENGES
4.ACTUALLY GET ONLINE OVER THE WEEKEND
5.SUPPORT MY TEAM MEMBERS MORE

My goals:
Workout everyday (push myself a lil harder)
Eat my fruit and veggies
Stay between 1200 -1500 cals
Plenty of water
Get better at supporting the team
LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!!!

Challenge #1:
Close ARm Wall Pushups (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders) 3 sets of 35

Push ups on Ball (Chest, Triceps) 3 sets of 35

Modified Push ups (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders) 3 sets of 35
