We also have a new Member... Michael . Please welcome him. Good job team in winning this weeks challenge. We only had 2 people not weigh in and they are no longer on the team. So please everyone weigh in because we are doing so well and I don't want to lose any of you.

Here is Monday's Challenge do 1 or all 3 and make sure you brag about it!!!

Choice #1:
Oblique Crunches (2 sets of 25)
Exercise Advice: Lie flat on your back on a mat with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your right hand over your right ear. Crunch your midsection up and across, trying to touch your right elbow to your left knee. Concentrate on contracting your midsection throughout the movement. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.


Choice #2:
Dumbbell Calf Raises (Do as many as you can and brag about it)
Exercise Advice: This exercise is done in a standing position with your feet about shoulder width apart. Grab a dumbbell in each hand and let each hang by your sides. Begin by pushing your toes down so that your heels become raised so that you are on your tippy toes. Be sure to really flex your calves at the top of this movement for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat until failure. The initial upward movement should be quick and explosive.


Choice #3: Post you goals for the week in here. That way we can cheer each other on and know what do give support in.

My Goals for this week-
1. No eating after dinner except veggie
2. Walk every day atleast 3 miles- find a walking buddy to walk with
3.Do my exercises
4. loose atleast 2lbs this week

My goals this week are:
1. Walk/run 2 1/2 miles a day
2. Do atleast 4 water classes this week
3. Walk every day at lunch for 30 minutes
4. Get in all eight glasses of water
5. Do the challenges each day
6. Work more on abs and arms this week
7. Lose 2 more pounds this week so I reach my 75 pound lost goals.
8. Eat more veggies and fruit

1. Take the dog for a 30 minute walk every day
2. Do the backward lunges from last week 3x this week
3. Do Both of this weeks challenges 3X this week
4. Work on getting 80 oz of water in
5. Work harder on supporting my team members!

Hey, anyone need a quick motivation??? Try on last years bathingsuit. It worked for me. LOL Ha Ha. gotta loose these pounds........LOL

Hi, Grizzlies
Ok time for me to get serious with my workouts, my diet is really good so need to stop being so scared of reinjury and step up my exercise so here is my goal this week.
1. I slacked off my walking so I WILL walk everynight this week
2. I will either work out to a DVD or strengh train everynight this week
3. I will do our challange exercises
4. Drink my water (hate it) but will force it.
5. Support all my awesome teammates
6. Lose some weight this week and keep that trophy!!!!!!!!

2lbs sounds liek a great goal and I am sure you can reach it. Keep up the good work!

That would be so awesome if you reached that 75 lbs goals. I am sure you will be there by the end of the week. Keep up the good work.

Sound like a lot of exerisce but you can do it. Keep up the motivation.
