Have you every tried the Crystal Light stuff... They have 4 different flavors I think. There is tea, strawberry, raseberry, and Lemonade. I like them.

Anyone up for a challenge and want to buddy up for walking.?
We must walk 3 miles a day for the next 3 days. Let me know, anyone????

Sure I will walk 3 miles, everyday. I don't think we can really walk together though.

No, but we can let each other know when we finished our walk and if we did it for the day. As soon as it stops raining I will walk another 2 miles. I did one this morning. If it doesn't stop I will walk the treadmill 2 miles.

Okay, so far today I have walked 1 mile. I plan on doing the other 2 this evening.
