Good Plans everyone.
This week I plan to stay completely on plan, last week I sort of slacked off on workout, I only did the challenges sometimes.
This week I will do my dvd workouts, challenges posted here.
I will eat healthy.
Take my vitamins.
I will be changing my rest day from Sunday to Wednesday 7/4 cause I have family coming over for BBQ. I will do the challenges that day.
I will check on my teammates and support them. '
Try to get ou of the 200's this week.
