Up for a challenge? Take your pick!

Choice #1 - 60 Reverse Crunches - Do more and brag how many you did! (Don't forget to hold for 2 seconds like the instructions say)

Starting Position
Lie on the floor or a mat on your back, with knees bent and hands behind head. Lift legs and bend knees to 90 degrees. Keep a space between your chin and chest (looking diagonal towards the ceiling).
Action
EXHALE: Pull knees in toward chest and hold for 2 seconds.
INHALE: Slowly lower legs back to starting position.
Special Instructions
Don't use your momentum to swing your legs up. Try to keep the motion controlled by your abs.
Muscles Worked: Lower abs


Choice #2 - 60 Elbow to Knee Crunch - Do more and brag about how many you did!


Challenge #3 - Plans and Cardio

Post your plan for the week on the serious forum. List your exercise goals (how many days a week and how many minutes) you plan on working out and your food plan goals. Add in any extra things that are important to you. Also, add in 20 minutes of cardio.

I plan to do all three challenges today! My plan for the week is as follows:
  1. Eat no more than 1200 calories daily.
  2. Assure I have Whey Protein Isolate to start every day.
  3. Complete at least 30 minutes of cardio every day.
  4. Complete at least two challenges every day--try for all three.
  5. Complete strength training exercises 3 times this week.
  6. Keep fat grams below 20 every day.
  7. Take multivitamin and Omega 3 supplements daily.
  8. Drink at least 72 oz of water/green tea combined daily.
  9. Support and encourage teammates!
  10. Participate in the Wild Cat Forums daily.
  11. Use the sauna for at least 20 minutes three times this week.

My plan for the week

- I will run 4 miles 5 times this week, 3 miles 1 time this week.
- I will take my multi-vitamin
- I will drink way more water than last week
- I will get more sleep this week
- I will do one or more of the challenges daily
- I will support my team!

my plan for this week:

+ eat 3 healthy meals a day, no snacking in between
+ walk 30 mins daily
+ bike 30 mins daily
+ run 6 miles by saturday
+ complete all possible challenges
+ support my team
+ weigh-in on time

My plan this week:
Workout every day except Wed. (Gym is closed) So I will go for a long walk.
At least 45 min of cardio daily. Weight training every day. (Alternate between upper and lower body)
Take Vitamins and drink all of my water.
Eat 100% OP
Support everyone!

My plan for the week
i do plan on doing all 3 challenges today.
i need to hit the weights and abs at least 6 days a week if not 7. gotta tone it up now.
do at least 45 min of cardio 5 days a week. shooting for 6.
do at least 1 challenge a day.
drink lots of water.
be supportive of my team.
eat 100% OP except for 1 meal of my choosing ( i mean 1 meal on 1 day)

Good Plans everyone.
This week I plan to stay completely on plan, last week I sort of slacked off on workout, I only did the challenges sometimes.
This week I will do my dvd workouts, challenges posted here.
I will eat healthy.
Take my vitamins.
I will be changing my rest day from Sunday to Wednesday 7/4 cause I have family coming over for BBQ. I will do the challenges that day.
I will check on my teammates and support them. '
Try to get ou of the 200's this week.

Good Luck everyone. Let's make sure that trophy stays with us another week.
