Great plans Wild Cats! They look agressive. The fat has no chance of sticking around with those plans in place.

Hello everyone. I'm one of the new girls to your group. I'm 24y/o a wife and mother to two toddlers. My long term goal is to get to 135 by march of next year. I would love to get there by Christmas but I realize 3lbs a week isn't a obtainable goal every week. I figure I will have set backs over the weight lose journey. On January 1st of this year I weighed in at 265lbs. I started a diet but you know how it goes. If your not serious then it won't work. Then on March 28th I decided to take control of my life. I weighted in at 255lbs. As of today I'm down to 208. A total lost of 57lbs! Only 73 more to go. We're moving home in September and I would love to walk into my grandmas house at 180lbs. I have 8 weeks to lose 28lbs. Either way I going to keep trying. I need to keep trying. I want to live a long healthy life. I want the threat of being borderline diabetic to go away. Well theres a little about me. I'm glad to be a part of your team and as you can see I plan to work really hard.

So my plan this week:
-Work out 5x this week
-Stay around 1200 calories.
-Eat breakfast everyday
-Make one new healthy meal for my family

Hi Kira, I think you can get to your goal by March and if not that, you can get real close to it. You already have made great progress so I know you can keep going. I love how you wrote "If you're not serious it won't work" because I believe the same thing. You have to have a plan and stick to it faithfully or as best you can. You get out of your plan what you put into it. Keep up the great work Kira! You are doing awesome already!
