Post Fearce Grizzlies Serious forum week #2

Here is our new team roster:

Marilyn Christine and Cathy . Make sure to welcome them.

As far as the weigh in this last week. I would like everyone to give me there weigh loss on Fridays and if you lose any before Sunday at 10Am then you can give me you new weight loss. I am doing this because it will give me the extra time to bug all those people who don't give me there weight. Also for those who did weigh in, most of you I talk to through out the week, so I don't know if you forgot or just don't have computer at home and use the ones at work. Another reason for moving the weigh in to Friday. I know there are a couple of you that can't give it to me on Friday because you don't have scale and use other peoples. That is fine as all of you weighed in and you can give me your weight on Saturday. For those that I have talk to through out the week and didn't give me your weight you are still on the team unless you don't show up for weigh in on Friday. Then I am sorry and I will have to say good-bye because I know we all want to lose weigh, but this is a team and as a leader I can't let my team down.

There are a couple of people who I didn't hear from at all this week, no checking in no supporting the team, nothing. So they are gone now and we do have our new team member. Here is the weight loss for the week. No I am not going to be give out what you weigh, just what you lose.

I know our total is 26.248 and that I total you it was 24.248 however, Katie and Queen gave me their weight. It was just to late. Sorry Kaite and Queen. But thank you still for turning it in. You did amazing. I will checking on the rest of you though out the week. Please let's stay fouce this week and get things done.

Also even if you didn't lose anything or you gain, still e-mail it to me. I need to know that everyone is a part of this team!

Monday's Challenge. Do 1 or all 3. it is your bragging choice.

Choice #1:
Barbell Rows (3 sets of 20)
Exercise Advice: Grab a barbell and get in an area where you have a good amount of room. Bend forward at your waist so that your chest is leaning forward over your feet. Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet just beyond shoulder width apart. Grasp the barbell with both hands, using an overhand grip and having your hands about shoulder width apart. Start with your arms fully extended, allowing the barbell hang at about mid-shin level. Next, lift or ‘row’ the barbell up and into your stomach area. Return to the start position and repeat. Be sure to keep your head up and shoulders back throughout this exercise to keep your back in a firm and stable position.

*If you don't have a bar, use weights. If you don't have either use can goods or water bottles.
Choice#2:
Reverse Dumbbell Lunges (2 sets of 15 each leg)
Exercise Advice: Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and grab a dumbbell in each hand and let them hang at your sides. Begin by reaching one of your feet back behind you like you are taking the first step if walking backwards. Really reach back with this stride to get a good stretch. Bring that leg back to the start position and repeat the same movement with your opposite leg. Be sure to keep your back firmly upright and straight throughout this exercise.

My goals for the week
Drink more water
Do 2 miles in 30 minutes
Do atleast 3 water classes
Get up early and do my just my size yoga tape 3 times this week
Need to do some Weight training and ab work atleast twice this week
Walk at lunch (so don't forget the tennis shoes and cd player)

My exercise plan for today. Take a walk at lunch. Go to the gym after work and do my time on the treadmill and a water class. Also do a little arm work with weights.

Meals
Breakfast Subway sub 7 points
Lunch Weight watchers dinner 5 points
Dinner Weight watchers dinner 5 points
Snacks 2 cups Pineapple, carrots, and a banana after work out
So far only 21.5 points leaves 5.5 points left for additional snacks. I have 27 points for the day.

I have completed Challenge #2 this morning.

My goals for the week:

Drink more water
Minimize soda intake
cardio 30 min/day 5 times this week
Zumba 10:30 on July 4th
Go to the gym min 3x this week
Watch food portions
Healthy snacking (me & my kids)

Let's Go Grizzlies !!!!

80oz of water a day
30 minute walk every day
Do reverse dumbell lunges every evening
Eat at least one salad a day
Do tae bo 3x this week

My goals for the week
To stay focused
Do more outside activities with my kids.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day
Beware of sweets.( this is the hardest one of them all)

My goals this week
1. Decide on the gym I am going to sign with
2. Drink more water ( not doing well on this)
3. Not weigh my self every morning or every 5 minutes
4. Walk 1.5 miles every night this week
5. Gym 3 times this week
6. Stay within 1300 calories
7. Get to know my Team buddies better


Going to do both challanges tonight..

Great goals. Also way to get you food planned for the day. It really does help

Those reverse lungs are defintely going to get the booty in shape.lol! Good job on getting your goals up and keep up the good work!
