Okay team, It looks like we are off to a good start this week. I wanted to do some team building and work together as a team. So starting tomorrow I will be doing team challenges. Which are challenges that will require the whole team to do in order to get it done. Tomorrows team challenge is to drink 2,080 oz of water.... A lot of water right?

Well that is 80 oz of water per each team member. So when you get to the end of the day go ahead and post on her how much water you drank and let's not be afraid to support each other we are all on the same team. So let's great ready for that challenge tomorrow.

Well hoping this posts!
Thank you, Nicole for posting my goals for me.
I have put a gallon of water in the fridge, and I am aiming for drinking that today that will be 128 oz. of water. That will be a lot of peeing, I would not be able to do it if I was working today! I am a bus monitor and on the road with kids you can't take all those pottie breaks!

Hello Fellow Grizzlies!!
My goals for this week are to stay FOCUSED!
Drink ONLY water (but coffee in the mornings!)
Eat smaller meals - six times a day
Do little to no carbs, mostly protein
Walk my dog EVERYDAY
Stretch daily
Play softball every Sunday (I'm on a team)
Okay, that should do it for this week, we'll see how things go...I really need to get the exercise increased in my routine! Thanks everyone...
T

Tuesday's Challenges... sorry I posted so late. There was a virus on the computer. So a man was fixing it. Choice #1 and 2 are individuals. Part # is the team challenge.

Choice #1
Elbow To Knee Oblique Crunches (2 sets of 25)
Exercise Advice: Lie on your back and keep your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Curl up and bring your left elbow and shoulder across your body while bringing your right knee in toward your left shoulder at the same time. Reach with your elbow and try to touch your knee. You can either do one side for all your reps, then switch to the other side or alternate sides.

* For those of you that have bad back or this hurts while you are on the floor. You Can do this moving standing up and it does the same thing.

Choice #2: Do 15 minutes of extra cardio

Part 3: TEAM CHALLENGE

The whole team needs to drink 2,080 oz of water. Not each person on the team, but a team a whole. So we will reach our goal if everyone on the team drink their 80 oz of water.

How will we know you ask? AT the end of the day go ahead and put a post on here how much you were able to drink and I will total it up and let you know where we have reached it or not.

Why are we doing this? This is suppose to be helping with team build. Building our bonds together in the team. So let's get this going.
