I love sweets too. When I crave them I brush my teeth first and then try to eat it. Yuck! It tastes so gorss that after a couple of tries that all I do is have to brush my teeth and I don't even want to try. Your goals sound great too. Keep up the good work!

Good luck with finding a good gym. I have tried serveral and in the end my husband and I just bought a home gym set. I think I like it better. Great idea I getting to you know your buddies better. I am think about making one of the choice for our daily challenges be team building. Great goals, keep working hard.

My weekly goal is to lose at least 3 pounds and drink a lot of water. I go to Curves 3 times weekly so I want to try and force myself to go an extra day and do more cardio.

Good job with getting you goals posted. 3 lbs also sounds like a very reachable goal. Keep up the good work and have a great week.

My goals for the week:
*Drink 80 oz. water daily
*Cardio 30 min. daily
*strength train 30 min daily
*Eat 1,200 (or around there) daily
*Take multivitaims daily
*not eat of 8PM daily
*To support my team
*To get everyone involved

Yeah everyone!!! I'm so glad I am on a team, I am meeting more buddies!!
My goal for this week is to drink all my water (100 oz), exercise daily (even if its playing with the kids outside), but go to the gym at least 2x for an intense workout, no sugar, no eating after 8:30 at night.

My goals for the week are:

~no fast food
~minimize pop intake
~watch my carb intake
~finish knitting the baby blanket for my boyfriend's cousin who is pregnant. (i know it's not really exercising but i've been procrastinating it and if i don't post it here, i'll probably forget to do it.)
~use more vegetables in my meals
~i'm raising my 2 miles per day to 3 miles per day but i'm only gonna do it tuesday, thursday, and friday due to the fact that our activity center is closed for the holiday

Wow! That is a great amount of water. I wish I could do that, but I have to force myself to drink a bottle of water before I go to bed just to get in my 80 oz. Keep up the good work!

Your goals sound great, and they don't just have to be weigh related. If it helps you to get it done, then go ahead and write it down.
