Hey HOtRods: Here is our new forum.

Here is Sunday's Challenge- Sorry no rest day this week. we have to kick some butt.
Sundays Challenge: Push Up Day

Wall Push Ups (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders) 2 sets of 30

Close-Arm Wall Pushups (chest, Triceps, Shoulders) 2 sets of 30

Decline Pushups (Upper Chest, Triceps, Shoulders) 2 sets of 30

Mondays Challenge: Bridge Day

Bridges (Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads) 2 sets of 30

Single-Leg Bridge Ups (Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves, Lower Back, Quads)

And Challenge 3: Lets see who can drink the most water today: Post how many glasses you drink- and the number of ounces.

My goals for this week are:

Drink all my water
take all my vitamins
do all challenges then some
support team/help someone if and when they need it
eat less than 1500 cal/day
Lose alot like last week
Be more positive

Just want to say good luck to everyone on the team this week. If you need anything I will be here for you all! GO HOTRODS!

Goals this week:

1. Try harder to get in all my HGs.
2. Drink 5 bottles of water per day.
3. Stay OP with my points.
4. Exercise! Probably doing another 20 miles this week!
5. Support my team!

My Goals For This Week

~ To make healthy food choices, stay between 1200-1500 calories, and log everything in my food journal
~ Drink plenty of water
~ Do 3 x weights workouts, minimum 6 x cardio
~ To stay positive and be nice to myself

My goals this week are to increase my workouts to 3 times a day! Drink extra water and try to reach my mini-goal by August 1, 2006. I just finished doing my push-ups - Sundays are my church day so good-bye everyone!!!! GO HOT RODS!

I will drink atleast 64oz of water. (Everyday not just one)
I will walk 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles in the evening
I will do all challanges plus more
I will support my team


Im trying to think. Right now i am in shock. Scratching my head wondering what in the world happened to Jane. I got a message from her that I didn't understand and she is gone. I hate that!! She was a terrific person and offered a whole lot of support.

I have finished today's challenges, but I modified the decline to my stability ball. I don't have a step, but I do have my stability ball!
