Hoe Hot Rods- We did not win the weigh in this week, but we did come in Second Place.

Our MVP for the team this week is:

Jacqueline
with 7 pounds lost this week.

Lets all congratulate Jacquelin this week on a job well done.

And lets all congratulate each other, for working out hard, and supporting each other.

Our team lost a total of 42 pounds this week.

congratulatios Jacqueline WELL DONE

And congratulations to all the HotRods for a good week.

My goals for the week:

- Drink at least 6 8 ounce glasses of water each day
- support my team
- be a good team leader
-do taebo 6 days a week
-do all the challenges posted
- stay with my weight watchers points
-lose weight this week
