The week I, Mark, plan and purpose to work out six days this week. My workout will include 30 minutes of core and 10 minutes of jogging, with at least one challenge per day. I will eat my planned diet. I will get in eight glasses of water per day and I will support my WildCat team members and my other buddies here. My short term goal is to loose at least two pounds this week, because I deserve it and so does my team.

My plans for the week are:
Workout Mon-Fri
at least 45 minutes of cardio (plan to run 3 out of the 5 days)
weight training everyday, alternate upper and lower body
Eat 100% OP, drink tons of water and take vitamins
Support my team!

Here is my contract!

1. do my 45 minute Taebo workout at least 5-6 days a week.

2. do all 3 challenges everyday

3.drink 64 oz of water (at least) a day

4. 1300-1450 calories a day

5. try to support a new person at least 2-3 times a week(blogs)

6. study and learn about low glycemic foods and nutrition in general

There ya go, good job Wildcats, let's do it again this week!
