To everyone welcome to the team. I will keep up dating the team roster as we getting all the team members we need. This forum is where we post our goals and support one another. There is a seperate one for Cheering. Welcome to the team everyone.

Here is our team roster so far. We need to have a totally of 25 people. So we may not be able to compete this first week while I find the rest of our team. If you have any buddies that are interested though have them drop me an e-mail.

Monday's Challenge... You can do all 3 or just 1. You pick adn let me know.

1. Aerocross


Fitness Focus: shoulders

  • Hold a jump rope with an end in each hand, palms facing forward.
  • Begin skipping, hopping up just enough to allow the rope to pass beneath your feet.
  • Once you've got the rhythm, slowly extend your arms out from your sides as far as possible as you skip.
  • The goal is to make big circles with your arms so you feel as if you're rowing a boat backward.
  • Continue skipping for 60 seconds
  • Do 2 Sets
2. Floor Pull-Up


Fitness Focus: back, biceps

3. Post your goals for the week. Weather it is exersice, diet, water, supporting the team. What ever it maybe make sure that you post it by Monday if you chice to this challenge.

I will be doing all 3 challenges today. Here is challenge #3.

My goals for the week are:
*Cardio 45 min everyday
*Strenght train 45 min everyday
*Not eat after 8
*Take my multivitamins everyday
*Drink 80 oz. water everyday
*To be a good leader and to support my team
*To eat between 1,200 to 1,300 Cals a day
*To lose at least 2 lbs this week
*To take Sundays off

Alright. Done with #3 and will update when I am done with #1 and #2.

My Goals for this week

Increase to 2 miles from 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill.
Do atleast 4 water classes
Drink more water
Do abs and arms atleast twice
Stay within my point range
Walk at lunch for atleast 15 minutes
