My goals for the week:

1) Not snacking while I watch tv
2) Walk 2 miles every day around the track
3) Cut back on my carb intake
4) Do my curves workout 4 times this week

1. Not to skip meals
2. Stay within my Calories Range
3. Log everything
4. Drink Water
5. No Regular Soda (help)
6. Join the Gym and make a plan
7. Walk everynight this week
8. Increase each night how far I walk
9. Support my team

Thank you so much for letting me join. My own personal goal for this week is to not eat pass 7:30pm no matter what! I tend to eat the most at night due to boredom. Anyways I'm up for the challenge!

Personal goals this week:

1. Don't eat after 730pm
2. Cardio 6 miles- everyday
3. Strenth train 3 day per week
4. Stay away from sweets
5. Do more outside activities with my kids.

My goal for this week is to drink more water, do more cardio, not eat after 8, and to remember my multivitamins.
