Welcome new members!


My goals for the week:
1. Make the scale move this week (down)
2. Water
3. work on tan some more
4. root on my team GOOOOOOO HOTRODS!
5. be there for anyone who is in need
6. do daily challenges and whatever else I can do!


Lets go Hotrods we can do this! Believe in yourselves and never give up!

Mondays Challenge: Squat Day

Dumbbell Squats (Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings) 3 sets of 25

Squats with no dumbbells (Quads, Glutes) 3 sets of 25

Single Leg Squats with Toe Touch (Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Core) 3 sets of 25

My goals for the week are:

1-drink more water
2-exercise 30 minutes a day
3-support my team
4- be a excellent team leader
5-lose weight
6- keep up with weight watchers points (dont go over points)

My goals for this week:
1. Keep drinking 64 oz. of water.
2. Stay under 1300 calories a day
3. Do my challenges and work outs everyday
4. Look for more things to keep me busy around the house in order to burn more calories.
5. Follow the "Small Steps" philosophy of weight loss, i.e. don't park close to the store park far away to get a walk in, no more short cuts in cleaning or my life style.
7. Make sure I support my team every night.

Welcome new members!

Week 5 Goals:

Drink 3-20oz bottles of water each day (didn't do well on that one last week!)

Bike for 1 hour at least 5 days this week

Walk for 30 minutes at least 5 days this week

Do my challenges everyday

Stay between 1200-1500 cals everyday and log EVERYTHING I eat!

Do a workout DVD at least 3 times this week

Take my multivitamin (really need to start doing this)

Support my team!

1. Drink Lots of Water!!!
2. Stay away from wheat products!!!
3. Stay within Calories 1300 - 1500
4. 45 minutes daily on Gazelle
5. 45 minutes daily on treadmill
6. maintain or lose weight
7. Do all daily challenges
8. Support my team mates... Go Hot Rods!!!

1. Stay within my points (22/day)
2. Drink 5 16 oz. bottles of water per day.
3. Get all my HGs
4. Get at least 12 APs in this week.
5. Support my team! Go Hot Rods!!
