Well HotRods- those Cats beat us this week. But we will get that trophy back next week.

OUr team lost 40 and 1/2 pounds this week.
That is awesome.
OUr MVP this week is:

Jamie- with 9 pounds lost.

Let's all congratulate Jamie this week on an outstanding Job.

Congratulations Jamie.
Let's all support each other and make sure that everyone on the team is on your buddy list as well.

Lets kick some Cat butt, and grizzly but this week.

Dumbbell Side Bends (Obliques)

Triceps dips with Straight legs (Triceps) 3 sets of 25

Lying Triceps Lift (Triceps) 3 sets of 25

Triceps Dip with bent knees (Triceps) 3 sets of 25

My Goals For This Week Are...
1. Walk 3 miles in the am and 3 miles in the pm
2. Drink Water (Really Sucking on this the past 2 weeks)
3. Keep My Points (18 - 20) I will NOT Go Over 20
4. Do All Challanges
5. Do Extra Challanges For Myself
6. Support My Teammates
I've got to step this up a notch going on vacation with my mom in July to see relatives Want to be in GOOD SHAPE!!

COME ON HOT RODS WE WILL BEAT THOSE CATS AND THE FIERCE GRIZZLIES!!!
