Good for you! The "Small Steps" will help more than you know! I have been taking the stairs everyday (except when it's raining since one of the staircases is outside)! Walking in place while watching TV will help too! Or crunches during commercials.

The multivitamin is so important! As is the journaling! When I don't journal, I get into trouble! Good goals for this week! All of them very doable!

Good morning happy campers!!

Everyone's goals sounds really great this week! I'm going to hold off posting my goals for the week...I want to sit and really think about what I want to accomplish this week besides losing weight, then I'll come back here and post them.

How do you join the hot rods? I would like to join. I am very interested in losing weight. So far I have lost 70 pounds since Jan. I still have 90 more pounds until I hit my 125 goal.

Christy, you would need to check with our leader Kim. There is a new team that just started as well that is being lead by our former teammate Nicole.
