Thank you Stacey and to the rest of the team that motivated me! I apologize for being MIA last night, but I had my laptop in my lap, pages pulled up...closed my eyes for just a minute...and I was down for the count! I dozed smooth off. My body said it's time to sleep and sleep I did for ALMOST 12 full hours! I know I needed it...those muscles can't repair themselves if I don't get enough sleep. I've just got to find a happy medium with my workouts and my sleep schedule. The additional workout at night is good, but it takes me a little bit to wind down...any suggestions team??
