UP FOR A CHALLENGE? LET'S DO SOME CRUNCHES!

Choice #1 - 50 Reverse Crunches - Do more and brag how many you did! (Don't forget to hold for 2 seconds like the instructions say)

Starting Position
Lie on the floor or a mat on your back, with knees bent and hands behind head. Lift legs and bend knees to 90 degrees. Keep a space between your chin and chest (looking diagonal towards the ceiling).
Action
EXHALE: Pull knees in toward chest and hold for 2 seconds.
INHALE: Slowly lower legs back to starting position.
Special Instructions
Don't use your momentum to swing your legs up. Try to keep the motion controlled by your abs.
Muscles Worked: Lower abs

Choice #2 - 50 Elbow to Knee Crunch - Do more and brag about how many you did!

Challenge #3 - Plans and Cardio
Post your plan for the week on the serious forum. List your exercise goals (how many days a week and how many minutes) you plan on working out and your food plan goals. Add in any extra things that are important to you. Also, 15 mins of extra cardio!

Good Luck!

I promise to continue my 45 min workout with the Firm, completeing my challenges if they are not already on my DVD add it to my routine. I will continue to eat healthy, drink more water, keeping my calorie intake to 1600.
I will cheer my teammates on so we can win this week.

Here is my plan for the week- I really want to push it this week. I will not take any days off from exercise this week.
Daily- at least 30 mins of cardio (adding in running intervals/increased intensity)
Daily- at least 30 mins of strength training or toning workouts (alternate upper body with lower body every other day)
Daily- at least 10 mins of ab workout
Daily- Drink at least 80 oz of water a day
Daily- Check in on buddy slim, support my team, do the daily challenges
Stay OP for 6 out of 7 days this week.
I will resist the temptation to get take out for dinner (my weakness) this week.

Have a great week everyone! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

My plans for this week are to:

Workout Mon-Fri for at least 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training. I will run at least 3 of those days.
I will eat 100% OP and drink all my water.

I will stay focused and continue to work hard to get that scale to move!
