This is my plan for the week: 1) Exercise at least 45 minutes every day 2) Complete all of the challenges each day 3) Stay On Plan with my eating every day 4) Participate in the Forums every day 5) Hopefully lose three pounds!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the team, Good Luck everyone and my plan to lose weight this week is to do my aerobics workout (The Firm) for however long the DVD is (45 min. - 60 min.) Eat mainly salads and South Beach Diet Products, drink Perrier water as well as Propel. I also have to take my son to his Toddler Gym, swimming lessons, plus we take him to the park for about an hour and a half just to run around. That's double the workout for me.

I don't drink Diet Sodas or anything with Aspartame or Splenda. It's not good for you.

P.S. I usually stay up til about 2am est., working on the computer or cleaning, if anyone needs to talk email me. sandunbaby@yahoo.com

Looking out for my teammates. I posted earlier that I don't drink anything with Splenda or Aspartame. Here is a link to a website that elaborates on how bad it is.

Hey y'all......... firstly congrats on the big win (again). Sheesh, you guys are doing soooooooooooo good! This is awesome!!!!

My plan for this week (and most every week) is to:
1. Make sure I get 8 glasses of water daily
2. Don't forget my vits
3. Complete all challenges
4. Min. 30 min strength/conditioning exercises daily
5. Min. 45 min cardio (preferably more)
6. Never go over 1800 cals daily (preferably around 1400)
7. Participate in forum with others
8. Maybe even lose some weight??????? Do ya think?????

I am soooooo glad to be part of this team!!!!

Well, lets get off the sofa and do some exercises team!!!!!

p.s. TY WW for the opportunity to be part of this awesome winning team! I'm brand new to this team also and I'm hoping to be an asset to your team.
