Hello everyone, I'm new to the team, Good Luck everyone and my plan to lose weight this week is to do my aerobics workout (The Firm) for however long the DVD is (45 min. - 60 min.) Eat mainly salads and South Beach Diet Products, drink Perrier water as well as Propel. I also have to take my son to his Toddler Gym, swimming lessons, plus we take him to the park for about an hour and a half just to run around. That's double the workout for me.
I don't drink Diet Sodas or anything with Aspartame or Splenda. It's not good for you.
P.S. I usually stay up til about 2am est., working on the computer or cleaning, if anyone needs to talk email me.
