Hey team, even though we lost I just want you to know we all kicked some butt this week. I know most if not all of us worked hard this week. Don't get discouraged if you didn't show a loss. I didn't have one this week either. Cindy emailed her weight in late so had it counted, it would have been 42-43. So VERY Close this week guys!!! I am proud of all of us!

You are all awesome in my book! Nice going Molly on being the biggest loser! As long as everyone does their best and shows up for the weigh in, then you ROCK! I want to take a sec to congratulate all my teammates on a job well done. Even though we didn't win the challenge this week, I'd like to think we all had a victory with such high numbers. And I'm really happy about that. For those of you that didn't see a loss, maybe next week. Keep moving forward. Always forward.

Now for part 2. I don't want to bring anyone down with bad news but I have to mention this because it will be a factor in my appearance here on Buddyslim this week. My mom past away early this morning. So I will not be on as much this week. But, I do care about all of you still doing all the right things to reach your goals this week.
